Global media needed a single, reliable point of access to Frieze's press materials, brand assets, and messaging across every fair and initiative. There wasn't one.
I led the development and launch of Frieze's first centralized digital newsroom. Working across communications, marketing, and editorial, I defined the content needs and partnered with a third-party vendor to build the site's architecture, user experience, and front-end functionality — giving strategic direction throughout to ensure the platform reflected Frieze's brand identity and editorial voice.
The result was a flexible, easy-to-navigate destination that elevated the press experience and strengthened Frieze's positioning ahead of the major moments in the global art calendar.
